I am living in a community where a large group of women are practiceing withcraft. This group protects this place and they don’t want outsiders here. Horrible things have happened to me here and has taken my power and life away from me. As I would see these people around they would let me know that they were doing this. I can no longer leave my house and my life is over. Nobody has been able to help me. This is real and its about power over others. It is also done in secret so that ordinary people are unaware. Everything about this lacks integrity. I am a regular guy from a conservative back ground and never thought about things like this.what a curse these people are

Thanks so much for your comment. While you ask that I correct my facts, I’m not sure what you mean. The article is not representing that the contents are factual. The article represents the anthropological research done with primitive cultures attempting to discover their beliefs and where they originated. The article is intended to summarize the anthropological findings. My own personal beliefs are not inserted into the article and I am only attempting to show the cultural significance of witchcraft. And it has had a huge significance throughout history.

what a horrible and incorrect description of witches. most of them were midwives who helped with birthing, curing and supporting people in need. the medical establishment has been threatened by them since the days of the maleous malificarum which condemned midwives/witches to death because their medicine worked better than the doctors practicing centuries ago. kindly correct your facts and know that most witches were healers not harmers.
